Free Medical Outreach — May Edition

Organized by Adunni Lagba Golden Age Foundation

In the month of May, Adunni Lagba Golden Age Foundation successfully carried out a Free Medical Outreach dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of our elderly community. This outreach was designed to ensure that older adults—especially the less privileged—receive the medical attention, love, and care they truly deserve.

During the outreach, our team of compassionate healthcare professionals provided a wide range of medical services. These included blood pressure checks, diabetes screening, eye examinations, general health assessments, health counseling, and medication support. Each participant received personalized attention to better understand their health conditions and the steps needed to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Many of the elderly who attended expressed deep gratitude, noting that medical care is often difficult to access due to financial challenges, mobility issues, or lack of family support. Our goal was not just to offer medical services, but also to restore hope, comfort, and the assurance that they are not forgotten.

The outreach also created a warm social environment where the elderly interacted with volunteers, caregivers, and fellow participants. They enjoyed meaningful conversations, emotional support, and a sense of belonging—reminding them that they remain valued members of our community.

This May outreach represents one of many ongoing efforts by Adunni Lagba Golden Age Foundation to promote healthy living, early disease detection, and emotional upliftment for the elderly. We remain committed to ensuring that every elderly person receives quality care, dignity, and the support needed to enjoy their golden years with happiness and confidence.

Below are photos capturing the wonderful moments shared during this impactful outreach.
